I am an Attorney in Franklin County, Ohio and was appointed recently as Administrator for three decedent’s estates by the Franklin County Probate Court.

I am a skeptic by nature but Harriet and May both answered my questions, kept their word, and followed through on everything! Closing was a breeze and I cant thank them enough!

A few weeks back, I contacted EyE Home in an attempt to sell my house in PA. I didn’t have much hope since I’d had my share of negative encounters in the field; I didn’t even expect a call back when promised. Boy, was I in for a surprise!

I first spoke with Faith – she’s professional, courteous, and she cares! She will do her best to work around you, your schedule, and your expectations! Throughout the whole process (which will come to an end this coming week), she has been professional, organized and respectful. As this is chapter is closing, I can’t believe how smooth they’ve made it – from initial call to follow ups, to negotiations, to appointments, documents, availability and willingness to explain anything and finally, to the motivation to see it all complete for all parties involved! They’re truly a rare gem!

As an employee of Eye Homes I place my complete trust in this company. After my father passed away the time came for me to sell his house. I became familiar with exactly what it’s like to be dealing with a situation under stress.

The house was hours away, in poor condition and needed to be cleaned out of personal belongings. Of course, I turned to Eye Homes. I went through the entire process with them just like my customers do every day.

Eye Homes made the sale simple and paid a good price for my property!

I have been in contact with a number of individuals from EyE Homes during my property selling procedure. During that time a number of issues occurred which required a lot of attention.
